Customizing Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay and Maxpar Pathsetter for a Biotech Setting

→ Speaker: Pedro Falcon Estrada, MS, 2seventy bio™, Cambridge, MA

Estrada discusses the significance of studying the proteome of single cells as a critical part of understanding and advancing immunotherapy studies and how the ease of customizing ready-to-use Standard BioTools™ immune profiling panels and workflows has sped time-to-answer for 2seventy bio. Estrada and team have established a modified protocol for the Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling Assay™ with a stopping point after fixation so samples can be stained in small batches, frozen down and acquired at a later time in one large palladium-barcoded batch. In addition, he shows how Maxpar Pathsetter™ software can be easily customized to add, delete or modify existing cell populations in the analysis template.
